환경 인천 동구, 안전보안관 발대식 개최
인천 동구(구청장 김찬진)는 지난 25일 안전보안관 27명을 위촉했다. 안전보안관은 생활속 안전위험요인 점검 및 신고, 안전문화 캠페인 홍보 등 지역 내 안전문화 개선 활동을 위해 구성됐으며, 2년의 임기동안 지역 안전관리 활동에 힘쓸 예정이다. 임무는 ▲건설현장 보호구 미착용 ▲불법주정차 ▲비상구 폐쇄 ▲과속운전 ▲안전띠 미착용 ▲등산시 흡연 ▲선박 구명조끼 미착용 등 안전 무시 7대 관행을 비롯해 도로·하수도·교통시설물·보안등·가로수 등 생활주변 위험 요소에 대한 순찰 및 신고 활동을 수행하게 된다. 안전보안관은 지난 5년간 2,567건의 도로시설물, 불법광고물, 불법주정차 등 생활 속 주민 불편 사항을 신고해 '생활속 안전파수꾼'의 역할을 톡톡히 담당하고 있다. 또한 올해에는 재난·안전단체 '우리마을 안전지킴이 봉사단' 중심에서 학부모 단체인 녹색어머니회와 신규 회원 모집을 통해 27명이 활동할 예정이다. 아울러 구는 지역 안전문화활동에 주민 참여를 활성화하기 위해 지난 12일 '동구 안전보안관 운영 조례'를 제정·시행하고 있다. 김찬진 구청장은 "안전보안관으로서 자부심을 갖고 주민의 안전을 위해 다양한 활동에 솔선수범해 주시길 바란다"며 "주민의 안전

법왕청신문 김지은 기자 | 조지아 국기는 흰 바탕에 큰 십자가 1개와 작은 십자가 4개가 새겨진 국기가 생경하다. 이는 성인 조지와 복음 성인 4인을 의미하는 것으로 조지아 정교를 상징한다고 한다. 국기에서 종교적 색채를 강하게 나타내고 있어 조지아를 이해하기 위해서는 그들이 믿는 정교에 대하여 조금 알아야 하지 않을까 하는 생각이다. 여행 중에 들렀던 트빌리시 시내의 사메바 성삼위 성당, 카즈베기 로 향하는 중간에 위치한 아나누리(Ananuri) 성당, 카즈베기 산을 바라보는 성당이 조지아 정교의 전형적인 성당으로 나에게는 색다르게 다가오기도 했다. 조지아 관문인 국제공항의 이름이 쇼타 루스타벨리 트빌리시 공항이다. 처음 듣는 쇼타 루스타벨리, 그러나 조지아에 여행하다보면 곳곳에 그의 이름이 새겨져 있다. 쇼타 루스타벨리는 12-13세기 문학가로 ‘호랑이 가죽을 두른 용사’라는 대서사시를 저술하였는데 이 작품에 당시 코카서스와 중동의 정치·경제·사회·문화적 모습과 변화, 사람들의 생활양식, 전통 등 귀중한 정보를 담고 있어 2013년 유네스코 세계기록문화유산으로 등재되었다.

법왕청신문 이정하기자 | 애초에 잘못은 자기에게 있었으니 자업자득이요. 이런 꼴로 사는 것도 자업자득 너 자신이 원한 길 별수 없지. 뿌린대로 거둔다 했다. 콩심은 데서 콩이 나오고 팥심은 데서 팥이 나온다. 그것이 인과응보(因果應報)결과다. 차거운 얼음을 만지면 손이 차갑고 시리듯 뜨거운 물을 마시거나 만지면 뜨겁고 델수도 있다. 자작자수 나쁜짓 하면 탈이나고 벌받는다. 착한일 하면 칭찬받고 복받는다. 자업자득 나쁜짓 해놓고 안했다. 발뺌하고 변명한들 남이 알고 속이고 있는 자신이 먼저 알기에 변명하고 큰소리 친다. 잘못 없으면 아무리 누명을 쒸워도 백사장에 누워있는 사람에게 모래로 덮어 놓으면 물에 모래가 쓸려가고 바람에 다 날려 가듯이 진실이 곳 들어 난다. 모든것이 마음먹기에 달렷다 따라서 우리는 인간으로할짓 못할짓 다하며 망나니되어 살아가고 있는것이다.
