윤석열 대통령은 지난 9월 20일(현지시각) 제78차 유엔총회 기조연설을 통해 북한과 러시아 간 군사 거래의 불법성과 위험성에 관한 국제사회의 주의를 환기하고 단합된 대응을 촉구했다. 윤석열 대통령은 글로벌 격차 등 도전과제 해결을 위한 우리의 적극적인 기여 의지를 표명한 데 이어 2030 부산세계박람회(이하 부산엑스포) 유치에 대한 지지도 함께 호소했다. 윤 대통령은 이날 미국 뉴욕 유엔총회 본회의장에서 '신뢰 회복과 글로벌 연대 재촉진(Rebuilding trust andreigniting global solidarity)'이라는 주제로 열린 유엔총회 장에서 열린 일반토의에 연설자로 나섰다. 유엔총회에 2년 연속 참석한 윤 대통령은 이날 18번째로 연단에 올라 15분간 기조연설을 진행했다. 윤 대통령은 이날 연설에서 "2년째 지속 증인 우크라이나 전쟁은 국제사회의 가치와 이념의 분열을 심화시켰다"라며 "코로나 19 팬데믹이 야기한 경제적 타격이 우크라이나 전쟁으로 더욱 증폭됐다"고 강조했다. 그러면서 "전례 없는 글로벌 복합위기 속에서 안보는 물론 경제, 기술, 보건, 환경, 문화 등 모든 분야에 걸쳐 국가 간 격차가 커지고 있다"고 지적했다. 윤 대통령

생활 진도씻김굿 공개발표회 28일 개최
법왕청신문 이존영 기자 | 국가무형문화재인 진도씻김굿의 2023년도 공개발표회가 오는 28일 오후 6시에 진도군 무형문화재전수관에서 개최된다. 진도씻김굿은 망자의 넋을 씻겨 극락왕생을 비는 천도의례이고 죽음을 하나의 문화로 극복하고 해석하는 호남지역의 대표적인 굿으로 지난 1980년 11월에 국가무형문화재로 지정됐다. 또한 진도씻김굿은 망자뿐만 아니라 산 사람의 무사함을 기원하는 불교적 성격을 띠고 있는 굿으로 춤이나 음악에서 예술적 요소가 뛰어나 자료가치도 크다. 문화재청 국립무형유산원과 한국문화재재단의 후원으로 개최되는 이번 공개행사는 보유자를 비롯한 전수자들이 진도씻김굿을 매년 일반인들에게 공개해오고 있다. 진도씻김굿 공개발표회는 전통문화에 대한 인식을 높이고 우리 고유의 민속문화를 계승 발전시키려는 취지로 개최하며, 안당, 초가망석, 제석굿 넋풀이, 길닦음 등의 순서로 시연되고 관람객들과 함께하는 어울마당도 펼쳐질 예정이다. 특히 이번 공개행사는 2023 진도군 보배섬 문화예술제와 함께 진도를 찾는 관광객들을 위해 진도에서 보존되고 있는 장례문화의 일부를 원형 그대로 선보인다. 진도군 문화예술체육과 관계자는 “이번 진도씻김굿 공개발표회가 대한민국 민속
